Ingredients

  • 8

    1oz semisweet choc squares

  • 1

    stick butter

  • 1/2

    c flour

  • 1 1/2

    c conf sugar

  • 3

    eggs

  • 3

    egg yolks

  • Ganache:

  • 1/3

    c heavy whipping cream

  • 1

    T corn syrup

  • 1/2

    c semisweet choc, finely chopped

Directions

Prepare filling: Combine cream and syrup in saucepan, simmer over med heat, stirring. Put chocolate in metal bowl, pour over choc and stir to combine and smooth out. Let sit for 5 min. Place bowl in freezer for 25 min til firm. Prepare batter: melt choc and butter over low heat. Add flour and sugar. Combine eggs and yolks and add to choc mix. Beat til smooth. Preheat oven to 375. Grease and flour six 6 oz ramekins or 8 4 oz cups, put on baking sheet. Fill each with 3 T batter, 1 T ganache, 2 T batter. Bake 15-20 min. Let cook 1 min, serve at once.
