Ingredients
- Pie Crust:
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup pitted dates - give or take...
- Pie Filling:
- 2 1/2 cups frozen strawberries or other berries
- 1/4 cup + 2 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup agave
Preparation
Step 1
Pie Crust:
Add all crust ingredients to blender - blend until well combined. Smush into an 8 inch pie dish & refrigerate until ready to use.
Pie Filling:
Add all ingredients to a blender - blend until super smooth. Pour into pie crust. Freeze for 2 hours. Let thaw for 10 minutes before cutting.
