Walnut and Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon
  • 3 T balsamic vinegar
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 2 T walnut oil (optional - can crush walnuts into powder)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 3 ounces goat cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk oils together. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with lettuce.
