Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins

Mix everything together and put into a greased pan. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
