Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 15 chicken wings - (abt 3 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • ACCOMPANIMENTS:
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Carrot sticks
  • Celery sticks
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Heat broiler. Line a pan with foil. Cut wings apart at joint. Discard the tip.

Mix sauce ingredients. Add chicken and turn to coat. Arrange on the broiler pan. Reserve remaining sauce. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat source for about 12 minutes, brushing occasionally with the reserved sauce. Turn over and bake about 8 minutes more.

Arrange on platter and serve with accompaniments.
