Ingredients
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 2 egg whites
- 1 (6 oz.) box chicken-flavored stuffing mix, crushed
- 6 boneless pork chops (about 2 pounds)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 13 x 9 dish, pour melted butter; set aside.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk flour, salt, and pepper until combined. In a second shallow dish, whisk egg whites until foamy. In a third shallow dish, place stuffing mix.
3. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip in egg whites, lettng excess drip off. Dredge pork chops in stuffing mix to coat. Place in prrepared baking dish.,
4. Bake for 8 minutes. Turn chops, and bake for 8 miknutes longer or until desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
