Ingredients

42 mini Reeses peanut butter cups
1/2 c butter
1/2 c creamy pb
1/2 c lt brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 2/3 c flour
1 t baking soda

Step 1

Beat butter, pb, sugars in lg bowl til fluffy. Blend in egg. Stir together flour and soda, add to mix. Shape dough into 1 in balls, place on sheet, press with finger in center of each. Bake 375, 8-10 min or til set. Remove immediately and press pb cup into each. Cool. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
