Nut Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 pound butter -- softened
• 1 pound cream cheese -- softened
• 5 cups flour
• 4 egg yolk
• 4 egg white
• 2 pounds walnuts -- chopped fine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar -- for rolling

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together butter, cream cheese, flour, and egg yolks

Roll into small balls and put in refregerater over night
For filling mix nuts, sugar and egg whites

Roll balls in powder sugar fill with nut mix
Place on well greesed cookie sheet
Bake 350 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown
