Ingredients
- 1 14.75 oz can of salmon (pink)
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 tbsp mayo or salad dressing
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 tspn garlic salt
- 1-2 tsp grapeseed oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and flake canned salmon
combine ingredients in a bowl and mix
form 8 moist patties
Fry patties in non stick skillet until both sides are brown
