Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thymes leave
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 13 1/2 oz beef broth
  • 1/2 c wine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup pearl onions
  • 2 tbsp corn starch and 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas

Preparation

Step 1

Heat meat over medium heat, add thyme, salt, pepper. Stir in broth and wine and garlic. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Add carrots and onions cook 40 minutes until tender. Bring stew to boil and cornstarch until thick , stir in peas reduce and cook 3 minutes.
