Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/4 c shortening
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1/4 t salt
- Filling:
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c water
- 1 T lemon rind, grated
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 2 T butter
- Glaze:
- 1/2 c conf sugar
- 1 T milk

Step 1
Prepare crust. Reserve one cup. Press into 13x9 pan. Bake 375, 12-15 min. Prepare filling: combine sugar and flour in saucepan, stir in remaining stuff. Cook over med heat stirring constantly til very thick. Spread over crust, sprinkle w/ reserved crust mix. Bake 20-25 min. Drizzle with glaze.
