Caramels

Ingredients

• 2 cups Sugar
• 1 cup Dark Karo Syrup
• 1 cup Whipping Cream
• 1 cube butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook to 242*, then add 1 cup more whipping cream. Cook to 244*. Remove from heat and add 1 to 2 tsp vanilla and pour into buttered pan.
