Ingredients
- 1 10oz puff pastry shells
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Brandy Caramel Sauce
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tbsp brandy
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
Bake puff pastry. Remove tops after baking. Top each shell with ice cream and drizzle with warm Brandy-Caramel sauce.
Brandy Sauce:
Bring whipping cream to simmer in pan over medium heat, stir occasionally. Add sugar and cook stirring 5 minutes or until smooth. Remove from heat and add Brandy, butter and vanilla.
To make ahead: Cool and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Microwave in glass bowl on high for 1 minutes, or until warm
