Peaches and Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking power
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 box vanilla pudding -- (3 1/8 oz. box) Not Instant
  • 3 tablespoons buter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can peach slices -- drained (reserve 3 T. juice)
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons peach juice -- reserve peach juice
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pudding (not instant), butter, egg, milk, and sugar.

Put in greased 8" round pan.

Place peaches on top of batter.

Mix 8 oz cream cheese, sugar, and reserved peach juice and spoon on top and keep 1 inch from sides of pan.

mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnimon and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 min.
