Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb unsweet dark choc squares
  • 1/2 lb semi-sweet choc squares
  • 1 c heavy whip cream
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • conf sugar
  • cocoa powder

Preparation

Step 1

Chop choc finely, put in metal bowl. Heat cream in sm saucepan til just boils. Turn off heat and let sit for 20 seconds. Pour cream thru mesh into choc. Slowly whisk til choc is melted. Add vanilla. Set aside 1 hr at room temp. Form balls, put on sheet w/ wax paper, refrigerate 30 min or til firm. Dip/roll in conf sugar or cocoa powder. Or dip in melted choc and add sprinkles. Let cool.
