Ingredients

    c brown sugar

    tsp baking soda

    tsp cinnamon

    tsp cloves

  • c. oil

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 3

    c grated carrots

  • ½ -1½

    c nutmeats (optional)

    8oz can crushed pineapple

  • 4

    oz cream cheese

  • c powdered sugar

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • ¼

    c butter, softened

Directions

Combine first (dry) ingredients Add second (wet) ingredients Stir in third ingredients (carrots and pineapple) Bake din ungreased 13x9 pan at 350deg about 35 minutes or until done.
