  • 1 bottle 10oz soy sauce
  • 1 tab. liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 fresh brisket-5 lbs

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients in bag and add brisket and seal and leave overnight
drain marinade and place on large sheet of tin foil and seal and put in a pan sprayed with pam
bake at 325 for 5 hours
remove and let stand for 20 min and slice

barbecue sauce-1 14 oz bottle ketchup
2 tab. brown sugar
1 tab. cider vinegar
1&1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
combine and pour over meat and bake 1 more hour covered
