Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 16 oz tomatoes
- 1 med pepper
- 1 or 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp basil or oregano
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat onion and garlic in skillet remove and add chicken until brown on both sides. Add tomatoes, peppers and spices. Place onions and garlic back into pan. Simmer covered for 30 min. add 1 cup of dry white cooking wine. Continue to cook for 15 minutes uncovered.
Serve with salad and bread
