Debbie's Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 whole chicken breasts uncooked
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 slices swiss cheese, can be more if desired
  • 1/2 C water or sherry wine
  • 1 Can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 lb melted margarine
  • 2 C Pepperide Farm Stuffing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven for 300 degrees
Put uncooked chicken in 9 x 13 dish
Cover with Swiss cheese
Combine soup with wine or water and pour over chicken.
Mix margarine with stuffing mix and sprinkle on top of chicken
Bake uncovered for 2 hours
