Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 Pkg Yellow cake mix
  • 1 C oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Can 11oz mandarin oranges with the juice
  • 1 Can 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 Pkg 3/3/4 oz instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 8 oz Cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Use a 13 x 9 cake pan

Mix the 1st 4 ingredients together with mixer and put in pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Topping:
Mix all ingredients for topping and then spread over cooled cake
Refrigerate
