Mushroom Chicken by Pampered Chef

This was okay - might be good with additional broth and made into soup. The bacon made it taste bacon-ey. It is very easy and can be prepped ahead of time and cooked later!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless-skinless
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2-3 cloves galric, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place all ingredients except Parmesan cheese into baking dish. Bake, uncovered 45 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
