Strawberry Jello Cake

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (4 serv. size)
• 1 pkg. strawberry cake mix
• 1 envelope dream whip
• 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
• 1 1/2 cups cold milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Add gelatin and 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water, set aside at room temp.

Mike cake according to package directions. Bake in a 13x9 pan at temp on cake box. Cool 20-30 mins. Poke deep holes on top of cake while still in pan. Slowly pour gelatin mixture into holes. Ref. cake while preparing topping.

Topping: In a chilled, deept bowl blend and whip dream whip and instant pudding, cold milk and vanilla until stiff (3-8 mins).

Immediately frost cake. Cake must be stored in frig & served chilled.
