Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb ground lean ham
- 1 1/2 lb ground lean pork (unseasoned)
- 2 C bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 C milk
- SAUCE
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C white vinegar
- 1/2 C water
- 1 tsp dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first group of ingredients together. I have the butcher ground the meat for me.
Shape into large balls.
MAKES ABOUT 30 LARGE
Bake in 300 deg oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
Cover for first half of baking, then turn over. Finish baking uncovered.
MIX the ingredients for the sauce and pour over ham balls before baking.
