Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs in medium bowl until light and frothy.
Gradually add sugar while continuing to bear until mixture is thickened.
Add vanilla. Mix well.
Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a small bowl.
Add to egg mixture, stirring until well mixed
Combine butter and milk in a small saucepan. Heat until hot and butter is melted.
Stir into batter.
Turn batter into a greased 9x9 inch pan.
Bake a 350F for 25- 30 min.
Test to see if cake is done
Topping:
Combine all 4 topping ingredience in a small saucepan.
Heat until butter is melted and brown sugar is dissolved
DO NOT BOIL
Spread over cake when it comes out of the oven. Return in oven for 3 min until topping is bubbling
