Ingredients
- 4 pints strawberries-divided
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 baked pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Slice 2 pints of strawberries and place in bottom of baked pie shell.
Crush remaining 2 pints of strawberries in pan and simmer 10 mins.,
stirring on and off. Remove from heat. Stir in cornstarch
with sugar and add gradually to strawberries. Cook 3 mins more
Pour in pie shell over sliced strawberies
