Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 6 smashed cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp of tarragon, & whole grain mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Toss green beans on a baking sheet with smashed garlic cloves, water and olive oil. Roast at 450 degrees until the beans are tender and slightly charred, about 20 minutes. Toss with chopped tarragon and whole-grain mustard, salt and pepper.
