Ingredients
- Dip:
- 2 dozen large red seedless grapes
- 2 dozen large green seedless grapes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Small blue cheese cubes (quantity not designated in original recipe)
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate grapes in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.
Roast at 425 F for 20 minutes. Cool.
Using small decorative picks, skewer 1 green grape, 1 red grape, and 1 small blue cheese cube. Make more skewers with remaining grapes and cheese. Arrange on a platter. Serve with a dip of equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
