Ingredients
- 2 Lbs ground beef
- 2 Large onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 Fresh, ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 12oz Can tomato paste
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in its own fat; pour off most of the drippings
Push meat aside; add onion and garlic; cook until onion is translucent
Add tomatoes and tomato paste
Pour over pasta
