Ingredients
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Applesauce, 135 calories
- 1/4 cup Egg Beaters, egg substitute, 30 calories
- 1 Cup No Calorie Splenda
- 3 Tsp Brown Sugar, 144 calories
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tsp Almond Extract
- 1 1/2 Cups Oat Flour, 727 calories
- 2/3 Cup Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 8 calories
- 4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 5 tbs Hershey's Semisweet Mini Chocolate Chips, 350 calories
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
1. Put all wet ingredients in bowl.
2. Add all dry ingredients in bowl on top of wet, (do not put mini chocolate chips in yet).
3. Use spatula to gently mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Once blended stir in your chocolate chips.
4. Place twelve liners into your muffin pan.
5. Evenly distribute batter between12 liners.
6. Cook, Eat and Enjoy
TIP 1:
If your batter makes more or less of these depending on size liners you want to use, simply add up calories i have provided and divide by number of muffins to get calories per one muffin.
TIP 2:
Don't have apple sauce at hand? Why not half the amount to 1 cup and use canned pumpkin instead and make these even less in calories.
