Ingredients
- 1 red apple, diced
- 1 pear, diced
- 2 clementines, sectioned
- 2 cups red or green seedless grapes, halved
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 3 tbsp thawed apple juice concentrate
- 3 tbsp chopped pistachios or walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, toss apple, pear, clementines and grapes.
Combine canola oil with apple juice concentrate. Toss with fruit. Sprinkle with pistachios or walnuts.
