Winter Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 red apple, diced
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 2 clementines, sectioned
  • 2 cups red or green seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 tbsp thawed apple juice concentrate
  • 3 tbsp chopped pistachios or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, toss apple, pear, clementines and grapes.

Combine canola oil with apple juice concentrate. Toss with fruit. Sprinkle with pistachios or walnuts.
