Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- Chocolate Icing
- Peanut butter cookies
- caramel syrup
- salted peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare and bake the cake mix in two 8 or 9 inch cake pans
When layers are cool, place one layer on a serving plate. Put a thin layer of icing on top
Put cookies in a plastic bag and crush them into little pieces
Sprinkle the crushed cookies over the first layer.
Pour caramel syrup over cookies
Chop peanuts and sprinkle some on top of syrup
Put the second layer on top of the first
Frost cake with chocolate icing
Sprinkle more cookie crumbs and pour more caramel syrup. Sprinkle more chopped peanuts on top of cake
