Cream Cheese Jam Cookies

Ingredients

• Combine: 1 stick butter, 2 large cream cheese and 3 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out dough and cut circles. Fill each circle with 1/2 teasp. jam or preserves

Brush edges of pastry with beaten egg. Bring up 2 sides to meet and pinch together Bake 350 degrees until bottoms are lightly brown

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar

* May use rasperry or pineapple
