Peach Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 9 " pie
  • 1-1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour - 1 Tbsp.
  • 1/2 teasp. cinnamon
  • 4 cups sliced peaches and a little more
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon. Mix slightly through peaches
Pour into pastry lined pie pan and dot with butter. Covedr with top crust. Cut slits in top. Cover edge with foil. Remove foil 15 mins before through.Bake 35-45 mins.
