Ingredients

  • english muffins
  • shredded cheese or slices
  • eggs
  • s&p

Preparation

Step 1

-cook eggs in muffin tins @350* 10-15min
-toast muffin halves
-assemble and flash freeze
-wrap in saran then foil, keep in ziploc
-Don't microwave, reheat in 350* oven for 25min.
