Rosemary-Swiss Shortbread Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F.
Beat butter and sugar with mixer until well blended. Add cheese; mix well. Mix flour and seasonings. Add to cheese mixture; stir until well blended.
Divide dough in half. Roll each half into 9” log on lightly floured surface; cut into ½ “ thick slices. Place in single layer on parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely.
