Ingredients
- 2 C. Nilla wafers
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 6 bananas, divided
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla
- 16oz container cool whip
- 2 small box banana instant pudding mix
- 3 C. milk
Preparation
Step 1
Crush nilla wafers, mix with melted butter and press into an ungreased 9x13" pan. Place into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes. Mix the pudding mix with the milk.
Mash 2 bananas. In a mixing bowl, cream the mashed banana and cream cheese. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix thouroughly. Fold in 2 C. cool whip until blended. Slice 2 bananas and placed over the cooled crust. Place dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the bananas and spread with an offset spatula. Spread pudding over the cream cheese layer. Top with the remaining cool whip. Sprinkle crushed Nilla wafers over top.
