Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 teasp. baking soda
- 1/4 teasp. salt
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 2 1/4 cups sugar divided
- 11 2/3 cups butter or margarine softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. orange liquor
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven 375 and grease 2 cookie sheets. Combine flour, baking soda, salt. Pulse apricots and 1/4 cup of sugar until chopped fine.
2. Beat butter and remaining 2 cups sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, milk and liquor and beat until smooth. Stir in flour mixture then apricots and nuts
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and Bake 8-10 mins until golden
