Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine brown rice, scallions, grapes and walnuts. Toss with orange marmalade, oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.
