Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed pumpkin/sweet potato
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 0.5 cups almond milk/ water
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar/stevia
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix well
Pour into a lined baking tin & bake for about 30 mins at 180
Serve warm or cooled.
