Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 C. flour
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/3 C. water
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1 C. sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325*
Grease and flour 2 8" cake pans
Combine all dry ingredients and whisk together. Add wet ingredients and mix until combined (low for 2 minutes). Divide batter between the pans and bake for approximately 50 minutes. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire racks to cool completely.
