Yummy Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 Cups sugar
• 3/4 Cup butter
• 1 1/8 Cup milk
• 3 Cups flour
• 4 Tsp baking powder
• 1 Tsp salt
• 4 Egg whites (beaten stiff)
• Topping
• 2 Cups chopped pecans
• 1 1/8 Cups brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp cinnamon
• 3/4 Cup flour
• 3/4 Cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar well
Add milk alternatively with flour, baking powder, and salt
Fold in beaten egg whites
Pour into large, buttered pan
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Topping
Mix all together, mix well
Spread onto top of cake
