  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 lb meatballs or
  • Iron Mountain Italian Sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion & garlic in oil. Add tomatoes, wine &
spices. Simmer 2 hours. Serve with meatballs or
Iron Mountain Italian sausage slices.
