  • 1 can Sea Fare Crab Meat
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • pinch of white pepper
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup light cream
  • 3/4 cup grated swiss cheest
  • 1 pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes. Saute the green onions in butter until soft. Add pepper, wine, and crab meat; heat for 2 minutes and remove from heat. In a bowl, beat eggs with cream thoroughly, then fold in crab mixture. Spread cheese in the bottom of pie shell and pour other ingredients over cheese. Bake 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
