Wine Sauce for fish

Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillets
- 2 T butter
- 2 t onion
- 1/4 t basil
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/3 c dry white wine
- 1/4 c water
- 1 T cold water
- 1 1/2 t cornstarch
- 1 T parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Place butter in saucepan, melt, stir in onions, basil and salt. Stir in wine and 1/4 c water. Place fish in baking dish, coat with mix.Cook 350, 15 min or til fish flakes. Transfer to platter. Strain liquid, place 2/3 c liquid in saucepan. Combine 1 T water and cornstarch, stir into liquid. Add parsley. Cook til thickened, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over fish.
