Sue’s Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage – shredded
  • 1 green pepper – sliced thin
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar-white
  • 2 teas salt
  • 2 tbls celery seed
  • 1 tbls mustard seed

Preparation

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Mix the last 6 ingredients and bring to a boil; then pour over the cabbage, peppers and onion. Refrigerate and let set for 1 to 2 hours
