Ginger Snaps

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 2-1/4 cup Margarine
  • 3/4 cup Molasses
  • 2 Tablespoons Baking Soda

Preparation

Step 1

Sift all dry ingredients
Cream Margarine
Add Sugar, beat in Eggs, and Molasses
Dough should be stiff enough to handle
Roll into balls the size of a walnut
Roll balls in sugar and press down

Bake for 15 Minutes
