  • 1 Cup Butter or Margarine, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Cups Crushed Potato Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2 Cups Flour

Step 1

Cream together butter or margarine, sugar and vanilla. Add crushed potato chips and chopped pecans. Sift in flour. Form into small balls, using about 1 tsp. dough for each. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press balls flat with bottom of a tumbler dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until cookies are slightly browned. If desired, sprinkle with colored sugar crystals, and top each cookie with pecan half or candied cherry half. Yields 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
