Spinach a la yum

Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add spinach to the pan.

3. Cook until the spinach begins to wilt, tossing constantly.

4. Add in soy and stir to coat.
