Ingredients
- 1 fennel (segmented and fronds reserved for garnish)
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 orange (peeled and segmented)
Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice fennel bulb and place in bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat with dressing. Plate and garnish
with fennel fronds.
Add Lemon Juice and Mongolian Hot Oil as Dressing to taste.
