Ingredients
- 1 1/3 bags shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. whipping cream
- 1/3 plus 2 T. condensed milk
- 1 1/2 T. sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Using a large medium cookie scoop, scoop out cookies and place onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 325° for 10-12 minutes.
